Why a flat price instead of per person?
Because adding a seasonal worker shouldn’t cost you more software. You pay one price for your business, up to the plan’s number of people.
Who counts as a person?
Everyone on your team who hasn’t left. People who have left stay on record for free.
What’s a teammate?
Someone who logs in to Handover to do steps: a manager, your office manager, whoever runs IT. The people you onboard and offboard don’t need logins.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, and the free plan has no time limit.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the Plan page. You keep the free plan and all your records.
